TERMS


To start off 2017, we have had to change our minimum quantity requirement on orders, for items that are £2 and under to a minimum of 2 pieces per style, (however you can still order 1 piece if the item is £2 and over in price). We have always prided ourselves in offering the best designs, quality, service and price to our customers and will be only making this change because it is absolutely necessary. This change will begin from Friday midday onwards, so if there are any buyers out there who love to buy low priced items (£2 or less), in the current minimum quantity of 1's, then get your order in now before Friday.


• We reserve the right to supply trade customers only, not retail customers.

• All orders will be on a pro-forma basis.
• Credit accounts can be applied for and are subject to status.
• Credit terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. Failure to comply with this will result in credit facilities being withdrawn.


LOYALTY PROGRAMMES

•  Benefits are only to those that signed up to loyalty programme.

•  If a customer is not on the loyalty programme, they can request to join either by phone 01656 760266 or at a trade show.

•  When signed up customers are automatically eligible for both parts of the loyalty programme.
•  Both schemes can be used together, as well as being used with free postage or another offer running.

The Platinum -
•  This one runs straightaway- i.e. on next order once signed up.
•  Platinum scheme is available online and at trade show orders as well. 
•  These discounts are to be applied per exact specific product. (I.e. The product code must be exactly the same - colour included, for the discount to apply)

•  The discount percentage go in multiples of 5’s, all the way up to 20 and anything in between will go to the lowest value. (i.e. if 7 order it will be the 5% given or if 25 are ordered then 20% will be given)
•  Platinum is applied manually by the warehouse.

Little Gems Reward - 
•  This works on second order, i.e place 1
st and discount gained from order can be used for the 2nd or 3rd order (as long as the points have not expired.)

•  Little Gem is an online exclusive and will not be valid at the show

•  Customer will be aware of their discount as a e-mail will be sent them shortly after an order is placed which will include a discount code to use on their next order.

•  Discount expire 1 month from the original date received.
•  The discount does not need to be used instantly on the next order and can accumulate a higher discount by placing another order, but the expiry date will be from the original order placed.

• Applies to all the items we have, bags, belts, display pieces, etc.

• To apply the Little Gems discount, customer must refer back to the e-mail they receive that includes the discount code and enter the code on top of the checkout page next to where it states 'Discount Coupon Code'.
•  If a customer is unsuccessful to use their discount code before the expiration date, it will unusable and no alternatives or extensions will be offered in replacement.

ORDERING & DELIVERY COSTS

• Our minimum order value is £50 (net).
• UK customers - order values over £250.00 (net) are carriage paid.
• UK customers - orders below £250.00 (net) incur a £10.00 carriage charge.
• Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands customers – order values over £500.00 (net) are carriage paid. Orders below £500.00(net) will be calculated on package weight and dimensions.
• Mainland Europe and International orders – delivery charges will be calculated on package weight and dimensions (alternatively customers from these countries can arrange their own courier if desired).
• With regards to International orders, Tempest Enterprises Ltd cannot be held responsible for any additional charges such as storage fees, customs clearance charges and/or import taxes.
• International customers - Tempest Enterprises Ltd cannot be held responsible for the customer failing to collect or accept a parcel from the courier depot/office . Delivery charges will not be refunded in this instance and re-delivery fees may apply.
• For orders placed at exhibitions – customers have 7 days from date of order to cancel. For orders cancelled outside this period an administration fee of 20% of the net value will be charged.


DELIVERY TIMES

• Web orders received from UK customers before 12pm will be delivered the next day (subject to payment terms), except on Fridays. UK orders placed before 12pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday. (Exceptions to this can include holiday periods, such as Bank Holidays and orders placed outside of the UK).
• Orders placed by telephone will be advised of delivery times.
• Orders taken at exhibitions will be advised of delivery times. Cancellation fees apply (please see details above Ordering & Delivery Costs).


PAYMENT

• BACS payment: Co-op Bank – Sort Code 08-92-50, Account No. 68027193
• We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.
• Cheque or bankers draft should be made payable to Tempest Enterprises Ltd.
• Returned cheque fees and any other bank charges incurred by Tempest from declined customer payments will be charged to the customer accordingly.
• Credit accounts can be requested after completion of relevant paperwork and credit checks.
• Payments made after the payment due date will result in credit facilities being withdrawn.
• All orders specially placed for a customer are non returnable. 50% refund at the managements discretion.


RETURNS

• Returns must only be sent to Tempest Designs at the above address, with a completed returns form, which can be downloaded from our website(Click Here To Download returns form)
• We will endeavour to deal with all returns promptly; however this can vary especially during peak trading times.
• You must inform Tempest Designs within 7 days of receipt of faulty goods. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days and in its original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Returns made after this time will be assessed accordingly, whether it be a credit, replacement or otherwise.
• Returned goods we deem to be damaged or faulty only, will be repaired or replaced where possible. If neither of these options are available the item/s will be credited to your account. Please note we cannot replace or refund jewellery which has had considerable wear and tear, and/or has come into contact with perfume or other substances.
• Credit notes issued can only be used on future orders placed and not refunded to the customer. Credit notes must be used within six months of date of issue.
• Payments for invoices cannot be delayed due to returned goods queries.
