Within your email account locate the email sent form enquiries@tempestdesigns.co.uk (Tempest Designs) with the subject Customer account password reset. If you are having trouble locating the email remember to check your spam folder. You could also use the email search to locate the email.
Click "Reset your password" button within the email and you will be taken to the RESET ACCOUNT PASSWORD page on our website.

Type a new password into the Password box and repeat the password in the Confirm Password box
Finally click the blue "RESET PASSWORD" button to log in and reset your password
Continue to use this new password whenever you login to the Tempest Designs website
