Order Requirements
At Tempest Designs, we've established the following ordering guidelines to maintain our commitment to quality service whilst ensuring operational efficiency:
Minimum Order Value
- A minimum order value of £100 net applies to all wholesale orders
Product-Specific Ordering Guidelines
Jewellery
- For items priced at £10 and above: Minimum quantity of 1 piece
- For items priced at £9.99 and below: Minimum quantity of 2 pieces
Clothing
- For items priced at £10 and above: Minimum quantity of 1 piece
- For items priced at £9.99 and below: Minimum quantity of 2 pieces
Handbags, Purses & Belts
- No minimum order quantity applies to these categories
Last Items
- Any 'Last Items' marked as such on our website can be ordered without minimum quantity restrictions
Trade Show Orders
We're delighted to meet our partners at trade shows and process orders in person.
Please note:
- Orders placed at trade shows are considered confirmed at the point of order
- Any cancellation of trade show orders will incur a 20% restocking fee
- This fee reflects the administrative costs and inventory management associated with trade show orders
Payment Terms
Standard Terms
- All new accounts operate on a pro forma basis
- Payment must be received before goods are dispatched
Credit Accounts
- Established partners may apply for credit account facilities
- Credit accounts are subject to satisfactory credit checks and references
- Standard credit terms are 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Failure to adhere to agreed payment terms may result in credit facilities being withdrawn
Order Processing & Returns
We strive to ensure accuracy in all orders. To provide the best service:
- Please review all orders carefully before confirming payment, particularly for online orders
- If an order is returned to Tempest Designs due to customer error or failure to check the order details before payment, a 15% restocking fee will apply
- This fee covers the administrative and handling costs associated with processing returns
Trade Status
- Tempest Designs reserves the right to supply trade customers only
- We do not supply directly to retail customers
- Proof of trade status may be required when establishing a new account
